Does flame cooking create more smoke and grease?
Smoke and grease mainly come from food being heated up to a reasonably high temperature which is not dependent on the type of cooking energy used. Also, smoke and grease can be removed easily by an effective ventilation system.
Is flame cooking more dangerous?
Heat is produced by all cooking methods and is dangerous when it reaches certain temperatures. Flame cooking is the most traditional cooking method with visible flame as a sign of caution. While people will be less alert against non-flame cooking, which is dangerous, especially to children full of curiosity.
Is using town gas more environmentally-friendly?
