Smoke and grease mainly come from food being heated up to a reasonably high temperature
which is not dependent on the type of cooking energy used. Also, smoke and grease

Heat is produced by all cooking methods and is dangerous when it reaches certain
temperatures. Flame cooking is the most traditional cooking method with visible
